Check It Off For Thanksgiving

Let’s see – here’s my Thanksgiving check-off.  I’ve included highlights of some recipes that I’ve used in the past (and they tasted great).

Turkey – thawing (yes, use all the pepper called for in here) – CHECK

Cranberry relish – done (if made ahead or frozen, leave the walnuts until right before ready to serve) – CHECK

Mashed potatoes – ingredients bought – CHECK

Dessert – store bought this year – CHECK

Seeing our daughter for Thanksgiving?  PRICELESS

Here she is all those years ago.  Priceless then and still priceless now.

    • I made it to 100 faster than usual, which I was grateful for. It means my blessings are in fact at the front of my mind instead of my usual gripes about everything. One of my goals back in January was to be more content and it has become easier with practice.
