Roof Is So Much Fun
I recently replaced my Honda Civic with another Honda Civic. The dealer made us quite a deal and I not only got a car with less than 100 miles on the odometer, it also came with some nice extras. One of them was the sunroof.
I love it! The weather has finally cooled somewhat and the humidity has lowered also. I’m driving to work with the sunroof and windows open and the wind blowing through my very short hair (it’s newly cut). It feels so good.
This little car is zippy too, so I feel like I’m Ms. Sporty-About-Town, being careful not to speed especially since the cops do sit on the expressway along the path to work.
For a bit of trivia, here’s a link to the difference between a sunroof and a moonroof. Basically, a sunroof opens and closes, while a moonroof is fixed and not opened. I did a good job using today’s word multiple times too, eh? And Mom, finally for you, a picture of my new little car.

Word for tomorrow – BASED. If you prefer to work ahead, see the list for the week under “A Word A Day”.

I didn’t know the difference between the sun roof and moon roof. I love my sun roof too. When it’s hot out I open it when I first get in the car to let the heat escape. Heat rises.
I wouldn’t have bought the sunroof without the deal, but now that I have it I love it! I’d probably want it on future cars too.
I loved a sunroof in Oregon. Now that I’m in Tx, I’m not sure I would like it at all. Funny how things change when we do!
Those roofs sure are fun aren’t they? Thanks for stopping by!
I’m glad you were able to get a new Honda with some nice extras. I can picture you zipping around in your car with that sunroof open. A/C is good to have for the heat but when we have nice 70s, even 60s, fresh air while driving can not be beat.
You are right as usual! I am loving these cooler days and being able to drive with the windows open.
